A group training acrobatics on the grass

The Movement Game turns training into a game you actually want to play. Find your level, unlock new skills, and keep leveling up.

Find Your Level

Strong is not the same as capable.

Eight categories

Your body has a skill tree.

Think of yourself as a character in a game. Every category is a branch with its own levels to unlock. Specialists max out one branch; a well-rounded player levels up all eight.

    Ball Games & Play

Applied. Where you spend what you have built.

Every game has a starting point.

Level 0 is seven mobility tests. Everyone gets a result, and everyone gets a starting level. Whatever holds you back becomes the first thing you train.

Find Your Level

What level are you at?

  1. Getting started

Stiff or sore, or it's been a while. You rebuild the mobility your joints have lost.

  2. Building

You move well and want more: strength skills like hangs, pistol squats and levers.

  3. Advanced

Already athletic. You chase the pinnacles: hand balancing, acrobatics, flow.

How progression works

Always know your next move.

  1. Illustration: a tuck balance on the hands, an early level
    01

    Train the level

    Progression is level-based, not rep-based.

  2. Illustration: a full planche, the pinnacle
    02

    Earn the pinnacle

Pinnacle movements are outcomes, not exercises you drill.

  3. Illustration: a straddle handstand, the next skill unlocked

    Unlock the next

Difficulty scales by leverage, height, limbs, tempo and complexity.

Adults forgot how to play.

There is a trick to making exercise never feel like exercise. You play games.
